摘要
目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽(rh BNP)对老年顽固性心衰患者心功能及血流动力学的影响。方法选取我院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的106例顽固性心衰老年患者,随机分为2组,各53例。对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组加用rh BNP治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、血流动学指标、不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗3d后LVESD、LVEDD、PCWP、CVP、RAP水平均降低,LVEF均升高,且观察组变化明显,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论对老年顽固性心衰患者采用rh BNP治疗,可使其心功能及血流动学改善,临床治疗效果显著,且副作用少,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rh BNP)on cardiac function and hemodynamics in elderly patients with refractory heart failure.Methods One hundred and six cases of elderly patients with refractory heart failure admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 53 cases each.The control group was given conventional drug therapy,while the observation group was treated with rh BNP.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of LVESD,LVEDD,PCWP,CVP and RAP in the two groups after 3 d treatment were all decreased,while the levels of LVEF were all increased,and the changes in the observation group were significant,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusions The rh BNP can restore cardiac function and blood flow to normal in elderly patients with refractory heart failure.
