摘要
通过试验对比,详细分析了以碳纤上销、后区压力棒上销、新型下销、碳纤包覆型中上罗拉、轴承式下胶圈张力辊、压力棒隔距块等为代表的新型纺纱器材的特点、优势及其在细纱工序的应用情况;指出新型器材使设备纺纱性能有了显著提高,为纺纱企业提高产品质量打下了基础;同时指出,应用新型器材还要多方位进行研究。
Through comparative test,comprehensive analysis is done to the new spinning accessories such as top cradle,new bottom cradle,roller covered with carbon fiber,tension roller with bearing for bottom apron,press bar and spacer regarding their performance and advantage as well as the application practice.It proves that new tex-accessories can markedly improve the equipment performace,thus laying solid foundation upgrading product quality.What is more,all-sided research is required for new tex-accessories.
