护理专业能力的内涵、研究范式与发展途径 被引量：42

Nursing professional competence, research paradigm and developing approch

摘要 由于护理工作与人民群众健康利益和生命安全密切相关，提高护理专业能力问题已得到卫生行政部门、护理专业组织和社会各方共同关注。国际护士会2005年修订的《国际护士伦理准则》特别强调要通过持续的学习保证护理专业能力。从世界各国的总体情况看，护士的专业化形象正在上升，护理专业已经成为一个对卫生保健的社会需要作出直接反应的专业，我国卫生事业改革与发展对护理专业发展和专业能力建设也提出了更高的要求。
