摘要
在当代中国社会转型时期,继续教育对于促进社会各阶层的合理流动具有重要的作用。尤其是在农民工市民化转化中,继续教育提高了农民工在职业分层中的地位,增强了农民工有效融入城市生活的能力,培养了农民工的公民素养,促进了农民工的市民化转化。
In the period of social transformation in China today, continuing education plays an important role in the rational flow of social classes. Especially in the urbanization of rural workers, continuing education improves their social level, strengthens their ability to adapt to urban life, nurtures their citizen quality, and fosters their urbanization.
