摘要
目前正在全国启动的农村劳动力转移培训工作由于其特有的目的、对象和社会功能,所以具有复杂性、公益性和适应中国社会客观实际和客观环境的特点.开展农村劳动力转移培训工作应重在机制创新:着眼于农村劳动力转移培训的特点,提高对农村劳动力转移培训的认识;建立并创新农村劳动力转移培训的机制;完善农村劳动力转移培训的宏观和微观政策;强化农村劳动力转移培训的管理和服务工作.
At present the training of the transfer of rural laborers is beginning in our country, it has special purpose, object and social function which make it be provided with characteristics of complexity, adjustability, multi-level, multi-form and public quality. The main idea of training of the transfer of rural laborers is : For characteristics of the training and transfer of rural laborers,we should improve the understanding of the training for the transfer of rural laborers, establish and innovate the training system, perfect the macro and micro policies of the training and strengthen its administration and service.
