摘要
目的:了解成年正畸患者在治疗中的心理健康状况,探讨诱发其心理问题的因素,为临床上医患之间更好的配合完成正畸治疗提供参考依据和帮助。方法:以56例成人正畸患者为研究对象,以57例有错颌畸形但不要求正畸治疗的患者为对照组,分别对其使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测定。比较两组患者各项指标的差异性。结果:接受正畸治疗的成人患者SCL-90各因子评分显著高于对照组,SAS评分也有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:接受正畸治疗的成人患者有心理健康问题。
Objective ：To analyze the mental health of the adult orthodontic patients. Methods ：The number of 56 cases adult orthodontic patients and 57 cases adult orthodontic patients who did not want to be cured, were assessed by symptom check list-90（SCL-90）, and self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）. Results：All the factors mark of SCL-90 were higher in study group than that of control group. Scores of SAS were also quite higher in the study group than that in the control group. Conclusion：The level of mental health of adult orthodontic patients is lower than that of the adult orthodontic patients who did not want to be cured.
