银离子敷料联合水凝胶局部治疗糖尿病足创面 被引量:15

摘要 目的:评价银离子敷料+水凝胶治疗糖尿病足创面的临床疗效。方法:将43例糖尿病足患者,随机分为银离子敷料+水凝胶干预组(A)和对照组(B),A组用银离子敷料+水凝胶治疗,B组采用传统敷料换药治疗。结果:A组能控制糖尿病足创面感染,促进创面肉芽组织和上皮再生。A组糖尿病足创面的平均痊愈时间(53.18±9.49)d,明显短于B组(66.86±7.90)d(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料+水凝胶治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效较好。 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Ionic silver dressing + gel in treating diabetic foot ulcer. Methods:43 cases of this disease were divided into two groups randomly. In treating group(A),the wounds were treated with Ionic silver dressing + gel and the wounds were treated with basic method in controlling group(B). Results:Ionic silver dressing + gel could control wound infection,promote wound granulation and epithelium regeneration and lessen inflammatory reaction. In treating group,the average wound healing time decreased to (53.18 ±9.49)days from (66.86±7.90)days in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ionic silver dressing + gel is efficacious in treating group of diabetic foot ulcer.
