超敏C反应蛋白与糖尿病足关系的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与糖尿病足(DF)的相关性。方法通过对87例糖尿病足患者超敏C-反应蛋白水平和其他有关生化指标,分析糖尿病足与超敏C-反应蛋白的关系,指导临床治疗。结果糖尿病足患者的血压水平以及动脉粥样硬化指数越高,超敏C反应蛋白水平浓度越高(P<0.05)。结论超敏C-反应蛋白可能糖尿病足病变的独立危险因素,可以从降压、调脂等措施降低C反应蛋白而改善病情。
