摘要
改革开放以来,民营企业发展迅速,已成为市场经济的主体,因此,民营企业劳动关系状况更值得关注。本文通过143份问卷调查发现,劳动者的绝对状况正在逐渐改善,但是劳动关系的相对状况却并不容乐观。在实证调查基础上,针对民营企业劳动关系中存在的问题,提出了相应的规范对策。
With the rapid growth of non-state-owned enterprises they have become the principal relationship of non-state-owned part of market economy. Therefore, since reform and openingup, the status of the employment enterprises deserves more attention. On the basis of a survey of 143 questionnaires, the author notices that although the absolute status of the workers is gradually improving, the relative status of the employment is not encouraging. Based on the information obtained from the survey, the author puts forth some normative countermeasures against the problems existing in the employment relationship.
