摘要
目的评价实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量技术测量左室整体和节段心肌质量的可靠性和实用性。方法建立18只急性心肌梗死(AMI)实验犬模型,6只健康杂种犬作为对照组。应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)的全容积图像采集及定量技术,测量左室整体和节段心肌质量并与解剖测值对照。分析急性心肌梗死前后整体和节段心肌质量的变化。结果对照组RT-3DE与解剖学的方法测量左室心肌质量有良好相关性(r=0.94)。与急性心肌梗死前比较,梗死后的心肌质量增加(P<0.05),且与左室射血分数(EF)值之间呈负相关性(r=-0.798)。结论应用RT-3DE测量左室整体和节段心肌质量方法可靠,对评估心肌梗死后的早期左室重构与心功能具有实用性。
Objective To evaluate the application of the quantified technique of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) in measuring whole and sectional myocardial mass of left ventricle. Methods 18 canines with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were included in the experimental model; 6 healthy crossbred canines were used the control group. Through collecting full volume imaging using RT-3DE, global and sectional myocardial mass of left ventricle was measured and compared to the weighed mass of dissected hearts. Changes of left ventricular whole and sectional myocardial mass were also analyzed before and after AMI. Results In the control group, myocardial mass of left ventricles measured with RT-3DE showed strong correlation (r= 0. 94) with the weighted mass. Compared to myocardial mass measured before myocardial infarction, mass measured after infarction was increased(P〈0.05), and is negative correlated (r = -0. 798) with ejection fraction of left ventricle. Conclusion The study showed that it is reliable to use RT-3DE to measure the global and sectional myocardial mass of left ventricle. Also, RT-3DE has a better utility for early modeling of left ventricle and the evaluation of cardiac function after myocardial infarction.
