摘要
证候是机体在疾病发展过程中的某一阶段的病理概括。众多学者认为中医证候与现代医学疾病必然有其内在的本质联系,尤其体现在基因组学领域。就中医证候基因组学的相关概念、现代医学与传统医学的一致性、中医证候研究存在的问题、建立辨证分析基因谱的必要性与基本策略以及中医证候基因组学研究的可行性做一浅要分析,以求抛砖引玉之效。
Zheng- hou refer to pathologic generalization of organism in certain phase of developing disease. More and more scholars deem that there are intrinsic relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine, especially in the field of genomics. To throw out a minnow to catch a whale, we summarize several key issues involved in traditional Chinese medicine Zheng - hou genomics including correlated conceptions, consistency between traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine, existing shortcomings, essentiality and strategies of studying and feasibility of devel- oping Zheng -hou genomics.
