摘要
本文用质子激发X荧光分析(PIXE)法测定了骨折家兔愈合期内全血中P、S、K、Ca、Fe、Ni、Cu和Zn八种元素的新陈代谢过程。结果表明钙的含量保持不变,认为西医给骨折病人服用钙片的疗法不妥。在骨折愈合期内多种元素的含量变化显著,为中医在方剂中参入“自然铜”的疗法提供了科学依据。
The radii of rabbits were fractured by operation and the contents of P, S, K, Ca, Fa, Ni, Cu and Zn in whole blood were determined by PIXE for seven weeks aftrr fracture. The content of Ca kept nearly constant during healing, which showed that it might not be proper to give the patients with fracture a large amount of calcium. The notable variation of Cu content in the seven weeks revealed that copper was one of tha most active elements, which provided a scientific basis for the traditional Chinese prescriptions including 'native copper' for healing fracture.
