摘要
亲环素(Cyclophilins,CyPs)是1个在自然界分布广泛、具高度保守性的多功能蛋白家族,也是重要的免疫抑制剂药物环孢菌素A(CyclosporinA,CsA)的蛋白受体,除了具有肽酰脯氨酸顺/反异构酶(Peptidyl-prolylisomerases,PPIase)活性外,亲环素还在一系列生物学过程中发挥重要作用,如辅助蛋白折叠、参与细胞凋亡、信号转导、HIV-1病毒蛋白组装等过程。近年国内外关于亲环素的研究主要集中在亲环素在不同生物体内的分布、相关的蛋白序列分析、亲环素的结构及其重要的生物学功能,而在微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)中发现的类似亲环素的基因序列为微藻中亲环素的研究提出了新的课题。
Cyclophilins, a class of ubiquitously expressed and evolutionary conserved multifunctional protein family, are the intracellular receptors of the immunosuppressive drug cyclosporine A(CsA). Except the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase(PPIase) activity, cyclophilin also plays a key role in a series of biology proce- dures, such as catalyzing protein folding, attendance in apoptosis, signal transductions, and assembling in HIV- 1 capsid protein. The present paper present a brief overview of the development of cyclophilins, such as the location in cell, analysis of the relevant sequences, the characteristics of the structure and the biological roles and also discusses the prospects of related studies.
