摘要
以雌激素为基础的化学诱导激活系统是一种有效的基因分离和鉴定的方法。它通过雌激素的使用量严格控制内源基因的表达而产生显性功能获得型突变,从而克服了不能筛选鉴定植物生长发育中的关键基因和一些功能冗余基因的问题。同时该系统在植物转基因中具有高效和可靠的化学诱导机制并有着广泛的应用前景。综述了化学诱导激活系统原理、特点和研究现状。
