摘要
目的研究早期恢复饮食对老年胆囊切除术后患者康复影响。方法将2003年7月到2006年7月80岁以上胆囊切除患者60例随机分为2组,试验组术后12 h恢复饮食,对照组于肠道功能恢复后开始进食,对2组患者手术后3 d的总蛋白、白蛋白含量以及术后首次排气时间用spss13.0软件进行统计学处理。结果术后3 d血总蛋白、白蛋白含量试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后首次排气时间试验组也明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论早期恢复饮食可以加快老年胆囊切除患者胃肠道功能的恢复,从而提高患者的营养状况,加快康复速度。
Objective To study the significance of early feeding in recovery of elderly patients who underwent cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty patients above 80 years old who underwent cholecystectomy from July 2003 to July 2006 were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group. Food was given 12 hours postoperatively in experimental group, while that was given only after the recovery of intestinal function in control group. Total protein and albumin levels on the third day after operation and the first day to have flatus were observed. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results Total protein and albumin levels were higher in experimental group than those in control group on the third day after operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Flatus time in experimental patients was shorter than that in control group patients ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Early feeding in elderly cholecystectomy patients can help their gastrointestinal function and promote nutritional conditions earlier.
