摘要
用沉淀转化法制备出5nm球形氧化铜超微粉末,详细地研究了温度、阻聚剂(非离子型表面活性剂tween-80)和转化剂的浓度以及不同的沉淀剂等实验参数对超微粉的相结构组成及粒径大小的影响,获得了最佳制备条件。利用XRD、TEM和TG-DTA等分析手段对超微粉进行了分析和表征。
Ultrafine powder of CuO with 5 nm in diameter was prepared by precipitaion tansformation method The effects of transformation temperature,concent ations of anti-aggregative agent(a kind of surfactant of Tween-80)and transformation agent,and different precipitant on structure and composition of phase of pruduct and grain size of CuO were studied in detail The optimum preparing conditions were obtained Ultrafine powders were charaterized by XRD,TEM and TG-DTA
