摘要
研究了固溶、旋压两种状态下T-250无钴马氏体时效钢在5、40K/min加热速度下的热膨胀曲线,发现奥氏体化过程都是分两个阶段来完成。以5K/min加热速度的热膨胀曲线确定了固溶态、旋压态的As、Af点。对比研究了加热速度、旋压变形对奥氏体化过程的影响。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,随加热速度提高,奥氏体转变温度均向高温移动。
The thermal expansion curves of T-250 Co-free mastensite steel as-soluted or as-spun at different heating rates(5,40 K/min) were investigated. The results show that the course of martensite transforming into austenite is divided into two steps at different heating rates. The As and A f of the as-soluted and as-spun steels at the heating rate 5 K/min was determined, and the influences of heating rates and spinning forming on the austeniting course were studied. The results show that, in the range of testing temperature, the austeniting temperature increases with the increase of heating rate.
