摘要
从无钴马氏体时效钢的种类、合金化、热处理对该材料力学性能的影响及强化机理等方面综述了无钴马氏体时效钢的研究和应用概况。无钴马氏体时效钢中不含昂贵的钴元素,利用板条马氏体基体上析出的N i3(Ti,Mo)等沉淀相来实现强化,在低于2100MPa的强度范围内,与同级别的含钴的18N i马氏体时效钢相比,有相近的强韧性。
Researeh and applieations of Co-free maraging steels were introdueed in many respeets,ineluding their kinds, alloying,influenee of solution and aging treatments on meehanieal properties and the strengthening meehanism of the alloys. Co-free maraging steels have a good combination of ultra-high strength and moderate toughness, close to that of the 18Ni maraging steel eontaining Co with the same strength level below 2100 MPa. The superior performanee is aehieved by aging preeipitations sueh as Ni3 (Ti, Mo) in lath martensite matrix.
