摘要
利用硫酸水解的方法,在常温情况下制备微细玉米淀粉颗粒。结果表明:在20℃条件下用浓度为4mol/L的硫酸,反应72h,水解效果最好。通过控制反应条件,研究了盐酸、硫酸浓度、反应时间对淀粉颗粒平均粒径的影响,并优化反应工艺条件。
The sulphuric acid hydrolysis method was used to prepare the micronized corn starch granule at normal temperature. The results showed that the best reaction conditions were 4 mol/L sulphuric acid solution 72 h hydrolysis at 20℃. By controlling of the ~action condition, the effect of hydrochloride, sulphuric acid concentration and reaction time on the average particle size of starch granule was studied. The reaction process cohditions were optimized.
