摘要
采用动态滚轮试验、静态失重法、电化学方法及扫描电镜研究了碳钢在饱和盐水钻井液中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,氧是引起腐蚀的主要因素;添加除氧剂和吸附型缓蚀剂可减缓钻井液的腐蚀;且吸附型缓蚀剂对钢材在存放过程中的腐蚀起到较好的抑制作用。文中对钻井液添加剂、钻井液pH值及大气相对湿度对腐蚀的影响也进行了研究。
Corrosion behavior of carbon steel in salt-saturated drilling mud is investigated by dynamic wheel test, static weightloss test, electrochemical measurement and scanning electron microscopy. Experimental results show that corrosion is mainly caused by oxygen depolarization. Corrosion can be controlled by addition of oxygen scavenger and adsorption-type inhibitor, and especially, adsorption-type inhibitor can reduce the corrosion occur-ring during storing of carbon steel in atmosphere. Drilling mud additives, pH and relative humidity of atmosphere influence the corrosion rate.
