摘要
由于天然气中含有H2S、CO2、水等腐蚀性介质,井下油管会发生严重的腐蚀破坏。对重庆气矿影响井下油管腐蚀因素进行了分析,提出在现有条件下,气井设备腐蚀防护除选用抗硫耐腐蚀材料外,最经济有效的措施是加注适宜的缓蚀剂。并就重庆气矿气井缓蚀剂保护技术、气井防腐蚀管理和后续防腐蚀工作发展提出了解决方案,形成有针对性的气井防腐蚀对策,用以指导日常气井防腐蚀工作。
Because the natural gas countains some corrosion media such as H2S, CO2 and H2O, the downhole tubing is often severely corroded. On the basis of analyses of the tubing＇s corrosion factors in Chongqing gasfield, some anti-corrosive measures were proposed. Besides application of materials resistant to sulfide corrosion, injection of appropriate corrosion inhibitors is the most economic and effective measure.
