摘要
本文介绍了电泳技术的研究进展,描述了目前比较成熟的三种电泳技术:毛细管电泳、双向电泳和脉冲凝胶电泳及其原理和应用。
This article introduced the advancement on Electrophoretic Technique （ET） and described on three kind of ET and their principle and application ,which were comparative mature at present.They were Capillary Electrophoresis, Dielectrophoresis and Pulsed- field Gel Electrophoresis.
