水分和施肥量对高蛋白大豆农艺性状及品质的效应 被引量:8

摘要 采用5个高蛋白品种的2因素3水平的裂区试验,研究了水分和施肥量对高蛋白大豆农艺性状和品质的影响。结果表明:水分、肥料对大豆各种生理指标、产量性状和品质性状均有不同程度的影响。不同水分条件下,品种间差异并不明显。不同水分间差异明显,中水条件下,叶绿素和品质都明显高于高水和低水。不同施肥水平下,大豆叶面积、叶绿素、产量和蛋白质含量随着施肥量的增加先增后减,在中肥条件下,各种生理指标较好,产量也最高,达3616kg·hm-2。产量在肥料和品种的裂区试验中品种间差异明显,其中农大35318最高,达3752.67kg·hm-2。水分、施肥量二因素是通过影响高蛋白大豆的叶面积指数、叶绿素含量的动态变化,影响豆荚干重积累,最终影响产量和品质形成。 The protein content of high protein soybean tended to decrease when planting in large area. To find out the main factors affecting protein content and yield,5 high-protein soybean varieties were adopted. The effect of water and fertilizer levels on agronomic characteristics and quality of high protein soybean was studied by field and pot experiment. The result showed water and fertilizer levels had certain influences on growth, yield and quality traits of high protein soybean. There weren' t significant differences in these characters between water treatments than among varieties. Chlorophyll content and quality were higher under middle water. Leaf area, chlorophyll content ,yield and protein content showed increase and then decrease trend with the increasing of fertilizer. Soybean growth index was better under middle fertilization. The yield of high protein soybean was the highest (3616 kg · hm^-2) under middle fertilizer. In two experiment, Nongda 35318 got highest yield ( 3752.67 kg · hm^-2 ) in five varieties. Water and fertilizer influncod the final yield and quality of high protein soybean by affecting the dynamic of leaf area index,chlorophyll dynamics and pod weight.
