摘要
应急指挥系统具有结构复杂、信息传输量大、对信息实时性要求高等特点。一直以来,由于Web技术的局限性,很难将应急指挥系统作为Web应用来发布。但是,随着WebGIS,J2EE,AJAX,VML这些技术的产生和发展,Web应用的功能越来越强大,并且已经在很多领域渐渐取代了桌面应用。针对应急指挥系统的要求与特点,综合以上技术,提出了一种基于B/S模式的应急指挥系统设计方案,并在实际项目中进行实现。
Commanding center is provided with some features, such as the complex structure, the transmission of a large amount of information as well as the quick response to users. Therefore, it is difficult to build a cornmanding center as Web application. However, with the appearance and development of WebGIS, J2EE, AJAX and VML, Web applications have been stronger and stronger and have replaced desktop applications in many fields. These Web technologies also make it possible for us to build a commanding center based on Browser/Server pattern. In this paper, the solution will bring forward and apply it to a project.
