摘要
浙江省地震局开发了基于GIS技术的地震应急指挥演练系统,开发中采用了OLEAutomation、VirtualGIS等技术手段,实现了基于GIS的多平台混合编程开发应用,并将GIS的空间分析功能与地震科学专业模型相结合,为地震应急指挥提供了技术保障。实际演练证明,该演练系统效果较好。
A multi-based mixture program development and application system based on GIS, Zhejiang Provincial Earthquake Emergency Commanding Rehearsal System, was achieved and some techniques such as OLE Auto- marion and VirtualGIS, etc. , were used in the development. The system realizes the combination of spatial a- nalysis function and earthquake specialty models, and supplies a technique sustainment for earthquake emergency commanding. The practical rehearsal proves the system to be efficient.
