文章在充分认识当前土地保障的功能、对土地保障功能做出客观的估计同时,对农地流转与农村社会保障之间的关系进行进一步的探讨。
This article carries on a further study to their tie between the farmland flow and the rural social security while the function of the current land security is well understood and estimated objectively.
