摘要
纤维增强热塑性复合材料有着热固性复合材料无法比拟的优异性能,但由于表面质量差,其应用受到很大限制。开发热塑性复合材料的A级表面技术,提高其制品的表面质量,对拓展其应用具有十分重要意义。本文分析了影响复合材料表面性质的因素,介绍了赋予复合材料A级表面的各种技术及其优缺点、影响因素并探讨了热塑性复合材料A级表面技术的发展趋势。
Compared to fiber- reinforced thermoset composites, fiber- reinforced thermoplastic composites (FRTP) have many unexampled performances. Because of rough surface, their applications are limited. To develop process of class A surface, improve their surface performances and extend their applications have a very important significance. This article presents the elements influencing the surface performances of FRTP, introduces current processes of class A surface, discusses their advantages, disadvantages, influences and trend.
