摘要
采用熔体浸渍工艺制备了长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料,研究了MA、DCP含量对一步法挤出长玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料力学性能和界面的影响。结果表明:固定MA用量,DCP含量的增加导致了一步法反应挤出长玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料的力学性能恶化;当MA添加量为0.8%,DCP添加量为0.08%时,一步法挤出长玻璃纤维增强PP复合材料的力学性能最优。
Using an melt impregnation device,long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (LGFRP) pellets were produced. The content of MA,DCP on the mechanical properties and interracial adhesion of one-step reaction extrusion of the long glass fiber reinforced composite was studied. The results showed that fixed amount of MA,with the addition of DCP, one-step reaction extrusion of the long glass fiber reinforced composite decreased. When MA with a loading of 0.8 % and DCP with a loading of 0.08 % ,the best mechanical properties could be obtained.
