摘要
目的建立一种高效液相色谱法测定养胃舒颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法以ODS-C18为固定相,乙腈-0.5%磷酸(18∶82)为流动相,检测波长为284 nm。结果橙皮苷线性范围为98.75 ng^3160 ng,r=0.9999,加样回收率为98.02%,RSD为0.52%。结论该方法简便快速、准确,适合养胃舒颗粒的质量控制。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in yangweishu granules. Methods In this study,ODS-C18 was adopted as stationary phase with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid （ 18：82 ）, and the detection wavelength was at 284nm. Result The linear range of hesperidin was between 98.75 ng and 3160 ng（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 98. 0% and RSD was 0.52%. Conclusion This method is rapid,accurate and can be used for quality control of yangweishu granules.
