摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定小儿消食片中橙皮苷的含量。方法HPLC法,VP-ODS柱(4.6mm*250mm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(24:76),检测波长:283nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1;结果橙皮苷在1.56μg～15.61μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为98.79%。结论该方法分离度高,重现性好,简便,准确,可用于小儿消食片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine hesperidin in Xiaoerxiaoshi tablets by HPLC. METHODS HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of hesperidin in the sample.The separation was performed on VP-ODS C 18（4.6＊250mm,5um）column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid（24：76） as mobile phase.The detection wavelengh was set at 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1. RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 1.56-15.61ug for hesperidin （r=0.9999,n=5）.The average recovery was 98.79%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,reliable,and is a good method to determinate hesperidin.
