摘要
为解决机械系统中滚动轴承故障的准确有效判断与监测等问题,采用振动诊断法对其振动模型和包络解调谱法的可行性进行了理论分析。设计了滚动轴承故障模拟实验,以典型故障为例,利用以希尔波特变换为基础的包络解调谱法对所获取的信号进行处理,结果验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。为滚动轴承的在线检测提供了理论依据。
For judging and monitoring the fault of roller bearing in machine system accurately and effectively, this paper analyzes theoretically the vibration model and feasibility of envelope demodulation spectrum based on vibration diagnosis. It designs the fault diagnosis system of roller bearing, takes typical fault as example, and processes the measured signal by envelope demodulation method based on Hilbert transform,the way is proved effective and superior by the experiment. These offer the theory proof to check roller bearing fault on line.
