流变-突变论在预防硫化矿自燃中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用安全流变-突变理论系统,分析了硫化矿石氧化自热到自燃整个过程的特征规律,确定了硫化矿堆自燃流变-突变的各个阶段,并提出了其流变-突变模型。根据模型提出了预防硫化矿堆自燃的安全管理及安全技术措施,例如:加强安全教育,完善规章制度等,建立完善的硫化矿石自燃火灾事故的应急预案机制等完善安全管理;合理设计通风系统,进行采场温度实时监测,喷洒阻化剂来抑制矿石的自热等主要安全技术措施。控制硫化矿堆自燃的关键在于将其控制在安全流变阶段,加强安全管理和采用安全技术,防止突变的发生,这对于硫化矿山的安全生产具有重大的指导意义。 Based on the theory of safety rheology-mutation (R-M), the laws and features of sulfide ores from self-heating to spontaneous combustion are described in details. The rheology and mutation stages in the process of sulfide ore spontaneous combustion are determined, and its R-M model is put forward. Ac- cording to the model, some safety management measures and safety technology measures about preventing the spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore heaps are presented, such as, strengthening safety education, perfecting safety regulations and rules, establishing perfect emergency plan for accident rescuing, rational- ly designing the ventilation system, real-time monitoring the temperature of mining stopes and spraying in- hibitor to prevent sulphide ore spontaneously self- heating. The key to control spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores lies in rheology stage and prevent the occurrence of mutation as well. This study is of great significance to ensure the safety in sulfide ores production.
