摘要
基于“安全流变—突变论”理论 ,描述了人员伤亡事故中的安全流变特点及其影响因素 ,并用安全流变—突变的数学模型进行了分析。研究结果表明 ,人员伤亡事故的发生发展是一个流变—突变过程 ;建立的流变—突变数学模型可以用来有效描述人员伤亡事故过程的流变突变特点 ;运用这一数学模型研究人员伤亡事故以及煤与瓦斯突出、煤自燃等矿山事故 ,对减少此类事故的发生具有指导意义。
Safety rheology and mutation is one of basic theories in fields of safety science. On the basis of the theory, this paper describes the characteristics of safety rheology-mutation in the personnel casualty accidents and its influencing factors. Then the characteristics are analyzed with mathematical model of the safety rheology-mutation. The researching results show that: the happening and the development of the personnel casualty accidents is a course of rheology-mutation; the mathematical model of rheology-mutation developed can be used to describe the rheology-mutation characteristics of personnel casualty accidents efficiently. And it is very important to reduce the happening of incidents such as coal or rock outburst by means of the above mathematical model of the safety rheology-mutation.
