摘要
目的:比较不同超声条件下黄芪中黄芪甲苷的提取效果。方法:设计了变频超声提取装置,以黄芪为原料研究超声频率对黄芪甲苷提取率的影响,黄芪甲苷的含量测定采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光闪射检测法。结果:在相同实验条件下,采用25kHz与40kHz双频超声提取时,测得黄芪甲苷的含量为0.067%,明显高于其他双频及单频提取时的测得含量。结论:双频超声强化可以降低提取温度,缩短提取时间,提高提取率。
Objective : To compare the extraction effect of astragaloside Ⅳ from the Radix Astragali under different Ultrasonic conditions. Methods : A device possessing the function of frequency conversion has been designed and used Radix Astragali as material to study the relationship between Ultrasonic frequency and extract rate of astragaloside Ⅳ, astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC - ELSD. Results: Under the same experimental condition, extraction yield of content 0.067% is obtained by dual -frequency of 25kHz and 40kHz, and the content was obviously higher than those by using other dual - frequency and single frequency. Conclusion : The Ultrasonic Extraction method of dual - frequency could lower the operation temperature, reduce the extraction time, and increase extract rate.
