摘要
目的观察连续碳纤维增强聚烯烃复合材料髓内钉对兔胫骨骨折愈合的影响。方法雄性新西兰兔39只,制作兔双侧胫骨中断骨折髓内钉固定模型,左侧实验侧以碳纤维复合材料髓内钉固定,右侧以不锈钢髓内钉做对照。24只动物术后2、4、8、12周取材行大体观察、影像学观察和组织学检查。另15只术后4、8、12周取材做愈合骨强度的生物力学分析。结果术后4周及8周,试验组矿化沉积率及平均类骨质宽度均优于对照组。愈合8周与12周,实验组骨愈合负载优于对照组25~30%(P〈0.05),弯曲强度实验组高于对照组15%(P〈0.05)。结论与不锈钢髓内钉比较,连续碳纤维增强聚烯烃复合材料髓内钉更有利于兔胫骨骨折愈合。
Objective To eveluate the effects of the intramedullary nailing of continuous carbon fiber reinforced polyolefin on the bone heal of expermental rabbit tibia fracture. Methods Thirty-nine rabbits were administered and tibia fracture intramedullary nailing experimental models were made with continuous carbon-fiber reinforced polyolefin (left side) nail and stainless steel (right side) nail fixation. At 2nd ,4th,8th, 12th week postoperatioth, both sides of tibia in 24 rabbits were harvested. Gross observation, roentgenography and histological observation were made. On the postoperative week 4,8,12, tibias of the other 15 rabbits were harvested and biomechanics test to the bone were made to evaluate the healing of the bones. Results At 4th,8th and 12th week after the operation, mineralization appositional rate was higher and mean osteoid seam width greater in experimental group than in control group. The loading strength and bending strength of healing bone at 8th and 12th week showed much better in experimental group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The continuous carbon-fiber reinforced polyolefin composites intramedullary nail has better effects to the bone healing of expermental rabbit tibia fracture than stainless steel nailing.
