摘要
[目的]根据DNA分子标记技术的特点,将该技术应用于遗传多样性研究、亲缘关系确定、新药源寻找、种质资源保护等方面,为中药材的研究和生产开发提供指导。[方法]运用文献资料法。[结果]综述了DNA分子标记技术的发展,结合实例探讨了与形态学标记、细胞学标记、生化遗传标记相比DNA分子标记技术在中药材研究中所具有的独特优势。现代药用植物的研究应在DNA分子标记技术揭示的规律指导下进行,DNA分子标记技术将给中药材的生产开发注入新的活力,带来新的方向,具有广阔的应用前景。
[ Objective] To analyze how to use DNA molecular marker in the following aspects： analyzing the genetic diversity of medicinal plants, studying the relation between medicinal plants, discovering new resources,protecting the Chinese drug materials,et al. supply reference for research and developing of medicinal plants. [ Method ] Bibliography and date. [ Result and Conclusion] Reviewed the latest advances of DNA molecular marker. Pointed out the remarkable advantage of DNA molecular marker compared with morphological marker, cytological marker and biochemical marker. DNA molecular marker has a broad prospect, providing a new and reliable method for medicinal plants research.
