摘要
以蔗糖为起始原料,经羟基选择性保护、氯化、脱乙酰基等3步化学反应合成三氯蔗糖;改进后的合成方法工艺简便、条件温和、原料价廉易得,总收率由文献方法的35%提高为41%,适合于工业化生产.
Sugar was as the start material by the reaction of the selective protections at 6 - hydroxy, chlorination,deacetyl in three steps obtained the target compound (trichlorosucrose) ; the improvement of the synthesis procedure was simplicity and convenient, the reaction condition was moderate and the starting material was very cheap to get, the total yield was increased to 41% from 35% yield of the reference.
