本文对门急诊流程管理进行了全面的探讨,从门急诊流程的基本概念、现状及存在的问题,优化门急诊流程的重要意义、标准、基本原则、基本步骤、主要做法等方面进行了系统论述。
This article made a comprehensive discussion of the flow management of out - patient and emergency. The basic conceptions, current situation and problems of the flow management were also explained. Furthermore, the author made a systematic exposition on the importance, standard, basic principle and procedures of the flow of outpatient and emergency.
