摘要
口服避孕药避孕效果可靠、价廉、可逆 ,但其安全性是人们倍加关心的问题 ,在此 ,对口服避孕药的使用情况进行了流行病学方面及与心血管、与肿瘤疾病等方面关系的系统论述 ,旨在为选择口服避孕药提供科学依据。
Oral contraceptives contain oestrogen and progestogen. They are the earliest and most widely used in contraception practice. It is effective, economical and reversible, but people extremely concern about its safety. In order to provide scientific basis for use of oral contraceptives, we systemically summarized the application of oral contraceptives, and epidemiological researches on its association with tumor and cardiovascular disease.
