摘要
在国家创新体系中,高校是及其重要的组成部分,其作用贯穿于国家创新体系建设的每一个环节,成为社会经济发展至关重要的现实推动力量。因此,在新形势下,加强高校创新体系建设显得尤为重要,为了更好地发挥我国高校的创新功能,使之逐步成为国家科技创新的骨干和中坚,成为国家创新体系的重要力量,有必要认真研究和切实加强当代中国高校创新体系的建设。基于上述考虑,笔者在文中针对我国高校科技创新体系建设中存在的一些问题进行了分析,提出了构建高校科技创新体系的一些想法。
The university is a very important part of innovation of science and technology system in a country. It acts on every part of science and technology innovation system of the country and become vital power which drives the development of the society. So building science and technology innovation system in universiies is very important. In order to help universities play the important role, it is necessary to seriously research and strengthen science and technology innovation system in universities. Based on the above reasons, this paper analyzes some problem of building science and technology innovation system in universities and puts forward some ideas and adviees.
