摘要
目的用不同饲养条件饲养家蝇幼虫,研究人工饲养家蝇幼虫的方法。方法观察不同幼虫饲养密度、含不同浓度的奶粉和白砂糖的饲料及不同光周期对家蝇幼虫生长发育的影响。结果每50g麦麸饲养300条幼虫为宜,不能超过500条;每50g麦麸饲料中加入2g奶粉和1g白砂糖有利于家蝇幼虫的生长发育;每日光照8h以上各组的幼虫生长发育无差别,而每日光照4h组及无光照组幼虫发育受抑制。结论家蝇幼虫饲养条件以每50g麦麸饲料中加入2g奶粉和1g白砂糖、饲养300条幼虫为宜,每日光照不少于8h。
Objective According to the different breeding condition on the Musca domestica larvae,to investigate the methods of artificial breeding. Methods The Musca domestica larvae were reared indoors at the different breeding density, diet and photoperiod , to observe the effects of growth and development. Results The suitable breeding density were 300 larvae per 50g bran. not more than 500. The larvae of growth and development was beneficial to the 2g milk powder and lg sugar content per 50g gran. There were not differences at the photoperiod above 8 hours,and the larvae of growth and development were inhibited at the photoperiod below 4 hours. Conclusion The beter methods of artificial breeding were 300 larvae per 50g bran, which contained 2g milk powder and lg sugar, and photoperiod was over 8h.
