摘要
高校学生干部队伍是学生自我管理的核心力量,是高校学生活动得以顺利进行的有力保障。随着高校管理体制的不断变革,高校学生干部的作用更加突出,强化这支队伍的建设和培养,具有十分重要的意义。高校学生工作者应该充分认识学生干部在学生教育管理中的重要作用,重视学生干部综合素质的培养。
College student leaders are the core force of students＇ self-management and therefore ensure the smooth development of school activities. With the instant reforming of college management system; the role of the student leaders stands out. Accordingly, it is significant to consolidate the force. The vital part of student leaders in supervising students should be fully recognized . Meanwhile, special attention should be paid to cultivating the comprehensive ability of the student leaders.
