摘要
当前高校学生干部队伍建设面临许多新问题和新挑战。加强高校学生干部队伍的建设和强化学生干部队伍的管理是高校学生工作的重要一环,对于维护社会稳定,做好青年学生的思想教育工作,增强各级共青团组织的凝聚力和战斗力,培养和造就一代新人有着重要的作用。本文从政治理论教育、团队精神培养等方面入手,提出了对新形势下高校学生干部队伍建设的几点认识。
