摘要
转基因技术是植物分子生物学研究的重要领域之一,随着分子生物学的迅猛发展,玉米转基因技术的研究取得了很大的进展。简要介绍了转基因技术在玉米遗传育种上的应用、所取得的成就及转基因玉米的研究前景。
Transgenic technique is one of the important fields in molecular biology. With the swift development of molecular biology, the research of transgenic technique in maize acquired great progress. The application,achievement and prospect of transgenic technique of breeding in maize were introduced in brief.
