摘要
文章从技术产权交易的角度寻找技术创新的原动力。与此同时,把与技术产权交易相关的规范放人规范有效性模型中进行检验,以期进一步展现规范化与创新之螺旋上升良性循环互动关系,并且,产权交易是推动这一循环的根本动力。
From the perspective of property right trade, the paper search for the original power of technology innovation. And meanwhile, we make a model and put the usefulness of present technology property right norms to the test, in order to show the relation between normalization and innovation, that is, the relation is helix, ascent, and benign circulative interaction, and property right trade is the primary power of this circulation.
