摘要
企业技术创新推动力方面的理论可谓是众说纷纭,莫衷一是。本文以海尔作为实例,从企业内部的角度分析和研究了企业文化对技术创新的推动作用。优秀的企业文化能够为企业的技术创新提供激励和支持,从精神、制度、行为、物质等四个方面影响和促进着企业的技术创新,对技术创新起着绝对的推动作用。在文章的最后,构建了一个全新的企业技术创新系统模型。
The theories about the prime drive of technology innovation of corporations are various. But there is not an accordant conclusion on it till now. This paper tries to find the real drive of technology innovation from a new angle, taking Haier as an example. I think that excellent culture of corporations can inspire and support technology innovation from four aspects: spiritual culture, physical culture, behavioral culture and institutional culture. The influence on technology innovation exerted by corporation's culture is analyzed and studied in detail. At last, we can get a conclusion that corporation's culture can really promote the technology innovation. In the last part of this paper, a new model of technology innovation of corporation is founded.
