摘要
目前现行公立医院的工资分配制度暴露出一系列的问题。针对这些问题,许多医院都进行了分配制度方面的改革。文章从公立医院现行分配制度的不足、分配制度改革的原则以及在医院改革过程中的具体操作方法等方面来阐述公立医院分配制度改革的问题,为那些将要进行分配制度改革的医院提供建议。
There are a series of problems existing in current wage distribution system in state - owned hospitals. Aimed at these problems, many hospitals carry out reform of distribution system. This paper described the reform of distribution system in state - owned hospitals from the aspects as following： the disadvantages of current distribution system in state - owned hospitals; principles of reform of distribution system and specific operation methods during the reform, which could give some suggestions for hospitals that is going to reform distribution system.
