摘要
中部崛起已成为当前我国的一项重要战略决策;中部崛起的关键在于"三农"问题的解决,在于现代新型农民的造就和培养,在于农村剩余劳动力转移培训;农村成人教育在中部崛起中有着不可替代的重大作用。
At present,the rising of the central region has already become one important strategic decision in China.The key of lies in solving three issues about the agriculture,depends on modern peasants,and lies in the transference and training of rural surplus labors.Rural adult education has the significant effect on the rising of the central region.
