摘要
长撑杆双瓣四索抓斗在抓取煤料过程中,因工作环境特殊性,使抓斗在外力的作用下产生破坏失效。文章采用有限元分析方法对造成抓斗破坏失效工况进行数值模拟,对破坏失效的原因加以分析,提出结构改进措施,并对改进后的抓斗进行仿真分析,从而给抓斗的结构设计及失效后的修理提供技术支持。
The grab with long stay bars, two flaps and four ropes may become disabled due to the ex-ternal force as it snatches the coal. In this paper, using the finite element method,numerical analysis of the disabled grab in different cases is carried out, and the causes of disabling are analyzed. Some im- provements in the grab structure are given, and the improved grab is also simulated. The analysis resuits are useful for the grab structure design and repairing of the disabled grab.
