摘要
在Solid Works软件上二次开发建立抓斗虚拟设计平台,分析抓斗设计的数据流程,以抓斗三维实例库、知识库为基础建立产品的三维实体模型,研制抓斗产品设计模块,并实现抓斗的虚拟装配、运动学分析、干涉检验和有限元分析的一体化,最后自动生成工程图纸,从而可提高抓斗设计质量及设计效率。
Grab virtual design platform is developed with Solid Works software. The related datas in grab design are discussed and 3 D solid model of grab is established based on 3 D actual product base and knowledge base. The product design module is developed, which can realize grab virtual assembly, kinematics analysis, interference check, finite dement analysis and creating engineering drawings. Grab design quality and efficiency can be improved with the virtual design platform.
